Sharing photographs of your double bass or bow with us is easy, and an essential first step for any services you might require.
Example Photographs That Cannot Be Used
In order for us to examine your instrument or bow thoroughly, we need all pictures to be taken from a uniform angle and to be as well-lit and in-focus as possible.
This photograph has been taken from too high up. This makes the double bass appear out of proportion and means we cannot see the outline clearly.
This photograph has been taken from too high up and the angle is not straight, making it hard for us to assess the instrument.
This photograph has been taken from too low down so that the focal point is the bottom of the peg box. This makes it hard to see the shape of the volute.
